Our credit representative(s) operate under Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence Number 384704), and information you provide to us may also be held and used by Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd for the purposes described below.

• provide you with our broking services and keep you updated on your application;

What we collect

Depending on your circumstances, this may include your name, contact details, date of birth, identification documents, employment and income details, assets and liabilities, bank account details, and credit history information obtained from a credit reporting body. We only collect health information with your consent, and we do not collect information about your political or religious views.

How we collect it

Most of the information we hold comes directly from you. We may also collect information from lenders, credit reporting bodies, your referees or employer (for verification), and other professionals involved in your application, such as your accountant or solicitor.

How we use and disclose your information

We may disclose your information to:

• lenders and other financiers relevant to your application;
• our licensee, Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd, and its related entities;
• professionals assisting with your application (e.g. accountants, solicitors, valuers);
• service providers who support our business operations (e.g. IT and administrative support);
• regulators or authorities where required by law; and
• anyone else you have given us consent to disclose to.

We will not disclose your information to any other party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

Direct marketing

We may use your information to contact you about products or services we think may be of interest to you. You can opt out of direct marketing at any time by emailing admin@bunjifinance.com.au or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Overseas disclosure
